DATES:  This 2-course series runs from March 14, 2022 through May 11, 2022

Join SREB and the National Geographic Society for a virtual professional learning series that will help you develop a STEM or project-based learning culture in your school!
Two virtual courses will help you inspire your students to embrace the National Geographic Explorer Mindset using the curricular resources, lessons, activities and materials in National Geographic’s resource library. With one-on-one support from SREB’s instructional coaches and access to our Powerful Instructional Practices, you’ll learn how to adopt questioning strategies and design and implement engaging lessons that encourage students to explore, analyze and understand their space, place and connections to the human and natural world.

Throughout both courses, SREB’s instructional coaches will engage with participants in virtual one-on-one or collaborative coaching sessions to plan lessons around your unique standards and context. Coaches will support teachers working solo or in teaching teams, and participants will continue to enjoy SREB’s coaching support through June 30, 2022!

DATES: This 2-course series runs from March 14, 2022 through May 11, 2022. These are asynchronous-paced courses.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Teachers and instructional leaders of all grade levels and content areas. Participants are expected to complete both courses and engage in coaching support.
