Meet Our Speaker: Dr. Neil Gupta
Dr. Neil Gupta serves as the Director of Secondary Education for Worthington Schools in Columbus, Ohio. With over 16 years of experience as a district administrator in rural and suburban settings, Dr. Gupta has a passion for leadership, coaching, and working with teams on collaborative improvement. He is a connected educator and has a passion for supporting the “Whole Child”.
Neil has presented at numerous state and national conferences on coaching, leadership, collaborative team building, and social-emotional supports. He served on the Board of Directors for ASCD and the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators, including serving as President in both organizations. Dr. Gupta is also an Associate with Creative Leadership Solutions. Neil lives in Columbus,with his wife and two boys.
Who should attend:
All CSE Ohio HSTW and MMGW principals and site coordinators should attend. School leadership teams are welcome. Interested schools in CSE Ohio are also invited.
